【Brief introduction】

 Amino modified silicone oil 6013 is an excellent silicone oil softener for softening various textiles and knitted fabrics. It gives the fabric excellent softness and novel moisture. Whether it is used in cotton or polyester fabrics or polyester-cotton blended fabrics, it can give it lasting softness and smoothness, bringing excellent softness.It is easy to emulsify into a stable micro-emulsion.

【Application method】

15% silicone oil micro-emulsion (solid content 22.5%)

1. mix the following components with cantilever agitator.

15% amino modified silicone oil 6013

7.5% lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene Mystery (emulsifier O-20) (HLB9.9)

7.5% ethylene glycol mono butyl ether  

2. stir well and slowly add 69.8 de-ionized water.

3. slowly add 0.2 acetic acid. Stir well for 5-10 minutes to ensure uniformity.

4. filtration of emulsion to remove impurities or undissolved gel particles without filtration.

Packing :200kgs/ Circular iron drum 

Storage :6 months in cool and dry place with sealed packing
