【Brief introduction】

DY- LYP is high purity nonionic combined polyurethane polymer products, special surfactants and special formulations are polymerized into a new generation of protective agents.mainly used to protect the strength of spandex and others fibre, and it is also has good protection effect on the smooth and anti- wrinkle fishing of the cotton, the polyester card, the polyester cotton, the medium-long fiber and the like. The fabric treated by it has soft hand feeling and good elasticity. It can also improve the sewing performance of the fabric and prevent the formation of needle holes.

【Application scope】

1:Impregnation method Recommended usage:

Dasage :1%-3%(o.w.f)

Bath ratio 1:10 ~ 20;  Temperature: 40-50℃； Time:20 ~ 30mins

Process: Soaking→dehydration→drying→fished product

Note: Moisture content≥70% after dehydration

2:Padding method Recommended usage:

The amount of 30 to  50 g/L.

Fabric Moisture content 60-80%

Process:padding→drying→ finished product

        The specific process should be adjusted as soon as possible.
