【Dosage】 

Enzyme dosage: 1-2g / L 

Bath ratio: 1: 10-15 

Temperature: 45 ~ 55 ℃ 

Processing time: 30 ~ 80min, the specific time depending on processing requirements. 

PH: 4.5 to 5.0, optimum pH: 4.6 ~ 4.8, if not within this range, the glacial acetic acid and sodium acetate buffer solution adjusted. 

Inactivation: 

a. with sodium carbonate solution, pH was raised to 9.0 to 9.5, while the temperature was raised to 65 ~ 80 ℃, at least 10 to 15 minutes, then rinsed twice to the fabric for further processing. 

b. treated with bleach.
