【Brief introduction 】

Anti-pilling ST is the Division developed specifically for cotton and blended fibers, synthetic fibers, such as anti-pilling, can effectively control and prevent the phenomenon of synthetic fabric pilling various causes, the impact on small fabric shade . 

【Nature】

Appearance: white emulsion with blue light

Ionic: Anionic

pH: 7.0-8.0

【Advantages】

--Can control and improve the napping effectively .

--Has little influence on the color shade of fabrics .

--High application ,good stability .

【Application dosage】

Dipping：

Dosage：2～5％（o.w.f）

Room temperature（20℃） dipping for 20～30min，dewatering－drying－setting

Padding：dosage：20－40g/l

One dipping one rolling（Rolling residual rate 70－80％）－drying－setting（around 150℃）。

Better effect of dipping and rolling in the setting machines .
