Bath anti-creasing agent

【Brief Introduction】

This agent is a special anti-creasing agent, which efficiently reduces the friction between fibers and fibers-dyeing tank that prevents creases or scratches, achieve to its smoothing and softening effects.

【General properties】

Appearance : colorless to light viscous liquid

Ionic: anionic

PH:5-7

Solubility : easily soluble in water

Stability : stable to hard water, electrolytes ,mild acid and alkali

【Application scope】

Mainly for cotton ,polyester and its blends.

Efficiently prevents creases of rope fabrics during pretreatment ,dyeing and finishing .

No influence on shade and fastness .

Non foam and stable to high temperature so can be used in jet dyeing machine at 130℃

【Application method】

General dosage :1-5g/L

To achieve best anti-creasing performance ,please put the fabrics in softener bath for 5-10 minutes, and then run as normal operations .

【Package and storage】

Packing : 125kgs/polyethylene drum

Storage : 6 months in sealed container at room temperature .
