Super subsititue  NS

【Brief Introduction】
High efficiency NS is a kind of compound alkali agent, which is easy to use.  Excellent on reactive dyes .washing fastness and rubbing fastness are all better than soda ash .

Its usage is about 1/8 of soda ash, reducing labor force and storage space. This agent can be used as a substitute of soda ash when soda ash is used as fixing alkali in reactive dyeing.

Solubility: easy soluble in cold water

 

【Properties】

1:The fixation fastness is the same as that of soda ash.

2:When dyeing, the fixation curve increases steadily and slowly, and the leveling ability is higher than soda ash .

3:Compared with the cost of soda, it can save the cost greatly,only need 2/3 times of washing while traditional soda ash need at least 4 times of washing . also need less water than soda ash . it is best for factory to deal with waste water .save energy.

                                  It is easy to use, and the dosage is 1/8 of soda ash.

4:The use of high efficiency fixing alkali can reduce the warehouse area and storage capacity.

5: Suitable for all kinds of equipments ,various reactive dyes .

 

【Application dosage】

 Dilution : with 10 times of water in the vat with boiling water and then add it to the dye vat .

 Feeding : the first 1/3 of the amount should be added slowly ,and the last 2/3 of the amount should be added at once

 Dosage : 1/8 of the amount of soda ash

 Dyeing : Bath ration ＞10 is calculated as the water ratio ,        bath ratio ＜10 is calculated as the weight of the cloth.

 

【Package and Storage】

           25kgs per woven bag in cool and dry places,

           Shelf time is 10 months .
