Polyester  repairing agent CF-16

Brief information

- Helps dyestuffs migrate from high concentration to low concentration or liquor at high temperature and pressure, 

  which is suitable for brewing, leveling and stripping of polyester with disperse dyestuffs.

Main composition

 -- Compound of special polyether surfactants and solvents.

General properties

 -- Appearance: yellow transparent liquid

 --Ionicity: anionic/nonionic

 --pH:  3.0-5.0 (1% aqueous solution)

-- Solubility: easily soluble in water

-- Strong migration to disperse dyestuffs without shade change after brewing dyeing flaws.

-- Excellent dispersibility, leveling and wetting.

-- Suitable for brewing and stripping of polyester.

CF-16:   1.0-3.0g/L

Bath ratio: 1: 10-20

Temperature & time: 130-140℃ × 10-60 min

-- Levelling

Disperse dyestuff: X%

CF-16:   0.2-0.5g/L

PH: 5

Bath ratio: 1: 20

Temperature & time: 130-140℃ × 20 -40 min

Specific process should be adjusted by testing.

Packing and storage

-- Packing: 50 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage: 12 months in sealed container at room temperature
