【Brief introduction】

It can be used of continuous dyeing and hot melt dyeing ,to prevent the migration of dyes.

【General properties】

Appearance: colorless or yellowish viscose liquid

Ionic: anionic

PH:7.0-8.5 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility :easily soluble in water

Stability :stable to hard water ,electrolytes ,mild acid and alkali

【Application scope】

Suitable for continuous dyeing with disperse ,VAT dyes and pigments,.

Prevents dyestuffs migration and avoids uneven dyeing .

Improve dyeing yield and remain the bright shade .

No roller sticking in mass continuous production

【Recommended dosage】

For example of disperse /vat dyes in hot melt dyeing

Fabric: T/C 45x45,cambric

Equipment :hot melt dyeing machine

Formula: disperse dye:  X g/L

Vat dye:  Y g/L

Migration inhibitor FM: 5-15g/L

Procedure :padding (pick uo :50-70%) infrared

Pre-heating –hot air drying –fusing (190-210℃,insulating 60-90 sec)-vat aging –washing –oxidizing-soaping –washing –drying

Packing :125kg/polyethylene drum

storage :12 months in cool ,dry and ventilated place
