Zwitterionic and non/anionic surfactants

【General properties 】

Appearance :light yellow liquid

Ionic : Zwitterionic  and non/anionic

Solubility :easily soluble in water

Stability :stable to acid, alkali, electrolytes and hard water

【Application scope】

Excellent leveling and migration that confer an even and bright shade to fabrics ,as well as good shade fastness .

Dose not induce shade change

【Application method 】

Mainly used in dyeing process of acid dyes

Usually dosage：0.15~2.0%（o.w.f） ,dosage according to the color more deeper, less the dosage

Recommend craft：

1.put the fabrics，treatment for 2~3mins；

2.add the leveling agent ，stirring for 5~10mins；

3.Adjust the PH value；

4.add the dyes, circulation for 5~10mins；

5.higher the temperature to 98℃(speed is :1~2℃/min)

6.keep the temperature of 30~60mins

7.cold and clean
