Scouring  Agent  501

【Brief Introduction】

            Scouring Agent 501 is a new environmental friendly and efficient pretreatment agent, which is a major change in the traditional caustic soda process. The product can avoid excessive fiber damage and reduce weight loss (3-5% less than the traditional process). After use, it can significantly increase whiteness, capillary and hydrophilicity, and improve dyeing ability and leveling ability. The product is easy to washing, can reduce the number of washing, and is simple to operate. It provides an effective way to realize economic, environmental protection and short flow pretreatment.

Solubility:   Easy soluble in water

【Application process】

Cotton knitting fabrics , yarn ,Bobbin yarn:

Scouring agent  501 :    2~4g/l

Wetting agent       :    1—2g/l

H₂O₂ (27%)       :      4-8g/l

NaOH or Na₂CO₃    :     0-1g/l (as your demands) 

Bath ratio :1:10-15 

Temperature：95 - 100℃    Time :50~60min

Process：Scouring Agent 501 into the cylinder for circulation → heating to 50 ~ 60 ℃ → adding H₂O₂ → circulating heating 130 ℃ for 15 min or 120 ℃ for 25 min or 100 ℃ for 50 ~ 60 min → liquid discharge → hot water washing (60 ℃, once) → liquid discharge → de aerator treatment for 10 ~ 15 min → dyeing

Woven Fabrics :

Scouring agent  501      :    10~20g/l

Liquid Alkali(30%)        :     9.5~20g/l

H₂O₂ (27%)              :     12~24g/l

Alkali resistant scouring agent ( resistant to 150g/l alkali):    10~15g/l (as your demands) 

 Process :

Dip rolling scouring agent 501 preparation solution

1)cold batch (18-24 hours)

2)continuous process :scouring by dip rolling (95-100 ℃) → steaming 100 ± 3 ℃ x 60-90 minutes → hot water washing 3-5 water tanks - cold water washing
