【Application scope】

1:It has a good chelating effect on calcium and magnesium ions. It can form a stable complex with iron, copper, zinc and other metal ions as pre-treatment additives to prevent the formation of silica scale from water glass .

2:In the yarn and fabric dyeing, can prevent the precipitation and precipitation from hard water &soft water and other impurities.

3:With a good dispersing ability, the hydrolyzed dye will not re- deposited on the material after washing, the anti staining effect is good, so it can be avoided white spots, other adverse consequences.

【Application method】

1:T/C blended dyeing

Dilute to 15%, the amount is about 1-3 g/l, add it in the initial stage of dyeing to prevent the impurity stick on yarn and fabrics

2. cotton dyeing

Dilute to 15%, the amount of 1-3 g/l, add it in the initial stage of dyeing, can prevent the formation of precipitation of metal ions and vat dyes, but also can effectively disperse calcium carbonate precipitation caused by hard water.

    3. reactive dyeing / soaping of printing

    The specific process should be adjusted as soon as possible.
