Excellent high temperature dispersibility to prevent dye condensation during Polyester fabrics and yarn dyeing

Strong transfer ability ,ensuring dye transfer requirements throughout the dyeing process,and improving leveling .

The color reduction is small ,good dye reproducibility is obtained.

Compound of special polyether surfactants

[General properties ]

Appearance: brown red liquid
Ionic : Anionic  / nonionic
PH :5.0-7.0  (1% aqueous solution )

Solid content : 60 %

 

 [Application ]

It is used for high temperature dyeing of polyester and its blended fabrics, which can be carried out according to the conventional process.

Dilution with water directly into 4-5 times

Dosage :0.3-1.5g/l 

Bath Ratio : 1:10

Dyeing temperature  :125-130°C

Holding time  :30-50 mins

 

The Specific process should be adjusted by the user as appropriate .

 

[Packing ]

125kg plastic drum , sealed and stored in the dark, with a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature .
