Smooth silicone oil

 

 

Supersoft WF is multicomponent amino modified polysiloxane. It can be used for soft and smooth, crisp finishing of polyester, T/C, polyester/viscose fabrics. 

 

 

Characteristics and advantage
◎ Excellent finishing effects of soft and smooth, crisp and drapability.
◎ Basically no felt rollor and crack yarn phenomenon.
◎ Can be used with nonionic and cationic agents.

 

 

Basic property
Appearance: colorless or yellowish viscose liquid
Ionicity: weak cationic
pH Value: 5.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)

 

 

Application field
Softening and drapability finishing of polyester, T/C, T/R, spandex, etc.

 

 

Recommended dosage
Dip padding: Supersoft WF: 10-30g/L

Pick-up 60-80% →drying → setting(180℃×30sec) 
(Action: Actual dosage can be chosen according feeling reqest.)

Finishing of denim garment:Supersoft WF: 20-40g/L

Soaking in finishing bath for 15-30 minutes→ dewatering → dry

 

 

Packing
125kg plastic drum.

 

 

Storage
Can be stored for 6 months under cool and well ventilated condition.
