【Brief introduction】

This agent has excellent instant water absorption performance, better than the ordinary soft and smooth hydrophilic amino silicone oil ,good compatibility with anionic or cationic .

Appearance :transparent emulsion

Ionic :Nonionic

PH value :5.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution)                                              

Solubility :can be dispersed in water by any ratio

1:Fabrics after finished has excellent hand feeling ,soft and smooth ,anti-crease ability .

2: Impart fabrics with excellent hydrophilic, wetting , anti-static ability .

3:Impart fabrics with excellent anti-fouling ,easy washing and anti-staining ability .

4: Fabrics after finished has very low yellowing ,suitable for bleaching on white fabrics.

5:This agent is high temperature-resistant ,suitable for vat and overflow dyeing machines.

【Application scope】

Softness finishing of cotton ,viscose ,chemical fiber

【Application method】

Immersion method :2-6%(O.W.F.) for cotton

                  2-5%(O.W.F.)  for flax

Dip padding : 20-40g/L for cotton ,

20-50g/l  for flax

【Package and storage】

50kgs and 125kgs polyethylene drum

Can be stored for 12 months in closed vessel at ambient temperature

【Notice】

Residual liquid of softener should be drained thoroughly when used in overflow dyeing machine .
