Nonionic softener Paste  DY-COY

【Brief introduct 】

DY- COY is mainly used for the softening treatment of cotton, rayon, synthetic fibers, and their blended fabrics. It can be used for bleaching, whitening, and soft treatment of light colored fabrics, without affecting whiteness and hydrophilicity. It can be widely used in large printing and dyeing factories, as well as in hank dyeing factories. It is also easy to cut, time-saving, and labor-saving.

【General properties】                         

 Appearance: White to light yellow paste

Ionicity: Non ionic

Stability: resistant to acid, alkali and hard water electrolyte.

Solubility: easily soluble in warm water

【Characteristics】

          1. A soft, smooth, and delicate feel, with a lower yellowing and high cost-effectiveness;

2. Does not affect the hydrophilicity of the fabric and does not affect the dyeing fastness;

3. Has good stickiness and slip properties, which can improve the sewing performance of the finished product;

4. Low dilution temperature, more convenient to use, time-saving and labor-saving;

5. This product has good acid, alkali, and salt resistance, and can be used as a bath softener for fabric pre-treatment and dyeing to prevent and reduce chicken feet marks on the fabric;

       6. The product has low foaming property. Under the same conditions, the foam is obviously lower than the film, so it is more convenient to use;

        7. Safety and environmental protection, in compliance with international legal and regulatory environmental requirements.       

【Application method】

                      Recommendation dilution rate is  1:5  ( 1 part DY-COY : 5 parts water)

Add the DY-COY directly to warm water. Stir while adding, take 10 to 30 minutes, and filter out the mixture in a uniform state for later use.

Usage of diluted lotion:

1. Dipping and rolling method:

DY- COY : 10~ 50g/l

(one dipping and one rolling or two dipping and two rolling - drying)

2. Immersion method: DY-COY 2-5% (o.w.f)

(dosage can be flexibly adjusted according to different fabric and hand feel requirements)

Bath ratio 1:5-10        Time 15-20 minutes

3.  Softener in the cylinder: 1-3% (O.W.F), first add the working solution to run for a period of time, and then add the dyeing solution and other additives. The recommended dosage is as above, and the specific process dosage should be adjusted according to the actual situation.

【Package and storage】

          120 kg/barrel, with a shelf life of 6-9 months at room temperature.
